Wow, this is an awesome company! They we're honest and half the price of competitors. It was a pleasure to work with the Birdwell Family Business. I couldn't believe the customer service, it was impeccable. They listen and took the time to really check everything. I 100% would recommend this company. I just can not say enough about the customer service and how they went above and beyond my expectations.

A company that will follow through from beginning to end. Contacted other ac companies first (3) one came out opened my inside unit without a diagnose, another I never heard back from and 1 never showed up. These guys at Birdwell gave me several options on what I could do which I loved. Did research on my older system and got me what I needed with out costing me an arm and a leg. True professionals. Gave me all honesty without the BS and went above and beyond on the job that I needed done...Thank You!!

My wife called the other day to tell me that we had water in one of the bedrooms and soaking the carpet. After looking around a bit we discovered that our AC drain line had clogged and dumped nearly 5 gallons of water into the return vent and was running into the adjoining rooms! I called Birdwell and Jason came right over, inspected the problem and within a matter of minutes had the line completely cleaned out like new without making any sort of mess, and also did a very thorough check of the entire system! He also made some recommendations that I could do myself to help keep my AC in top condition as well as some tips to help keep my home more comfortable year round! Highly recommend!!!
