 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were having on-going issues with our old AC unit for the past few months. It was on it's way out. During this time, Jason came out to check on things. He made some suggestions to help the unit run more efficiently,  though the entire system was at it's end of life. Jason gave us a few options, but we ended up choosing to go with a new system. The price was good for the work that was completed. Once we scheduled the appointment we only waited a few days before we were freezing with a new unit installed. Bridwell Hvac technicians, Carlton and Logan, arrived in the morning and met with me to do a walk through of the project. They were very potlite and professional. My family and all the critters were comfortable with them in out home. Carlton and Logan worked on the AC and were happy to answer any questions i had for them. The guys even rearranged some of the piping and wiring outside to provide a cleaner look than what was previously installed. (Side note: Birdwell previously replaced all of the duct work in our home - top tier) After the install, i had questions and called their office number at about 730pm. They were able to address my concerns, which i did not expect an answer after business hours. I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend Birdwell for any HVAC work needing done your home or business. The Birdwell team is professional and their work shows. Jason and the team are honest with quotes and information. They do not try to gaslight anyone and treat your home as their own. To the Birdwell team, thank you for the bang-up job! Y'all will always be our go-to HVAC company.
